A 34-year-old man has been charged with murder after a man was stabbed to death at a home in Anaheim, California.

Ismael Pinedalopez, 34, was charged on Tuesday after 28-year-old Nicolas Garcia, of Whittier, was killed on Saturday, October 24, according to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. Prosecutors also added a sentencing enhancement alleging that he personally used a deadly weapon.

Pinedalopez had come home early from work to the house in the 700 block of North Pine Street, prosecutors said. There, he found Garcia in bed with his wife. The defendant’s two young children, a daughter aged 2 and a son aged 4, were also in the bed, according to prosecutors.

Garcia was stabbed to death, prosecutors said. The report did not give any further details about the circumstances of the stabbing or about any court date.
